Contactless Checkin

Use an ekey by your smart phone
1. Reply your reservation confirmation email to info@motellejolibourg.com with “check in by eKey” plus an attachment of a photo of your driving licence, or passport.
2. Go to Apple or Google store to install an app called TTHotel Or TTHotel Guest respectively.
3. Check your TTHote (Guest)app on the check in day after 12h00, enter your phone number (10digits North America Phone without any space), touch the login button, you should see Jolibourg-y-xxx, and unlock button. y is floor, xxx is your room number
4. Go close to your room within 1 meter, type “unlock” button (Make sure the bluetooth function is open on your smart phone). after hearing a lock open sound, open the door.

Use a passcode without a smart phone
1. Reply your reservation confirmation email to info@motellejolibourg.com with “check in by passcode” plus an attachment of a photo of your driving licence, or passport.
2. Check your email on the check in day after 12h00, you should receive your room number and the passcode
3. Go to your room, touch the number pad to active it. enter and number plus the # key, after hearing a lock open sound, open the door.
